When Christ built His church Matthew 16:18, He designed it to have a leadership. One to watch out for the souls of the brethren 1Peter 5:1-5.
Those men who meet the qualifications set in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 were to oversee the local congregation and no other. Here at West Broad,
we pattern our leadership as the early church did. By appointing qualified Elders, Deacons, and Evangelist.
